Just seen a heartbreaking sight, a young lad with a Doberman pup, his tail was docked and his ears were bandaged, clearly cropped. I thought this was a thing of the past, why would anyone do this? Who is doing this to the dogs as it's illegal and surely a vet wouldn't risk it.
