Puppy vomited: do I feed her?

My 4 month old pup just vomited, and now she’s insisting she wants dinner! Do I feed her?
She’s fine otherwise, playing with other ddog quite bouncily.

I would if she's only been sick once and is asking for food. Dogs are often sick because they've eaten something they shouldn't and then are fine straight after.

Hi.

I'm no expert. I think as long as pup isn't acting differently I'd feed but maybe a bit less and more gradually. See what happens.

Hope she's ok.

Well, I fed her at 7.15. She seemed fine (a bit hyperactive if anything) for an hour and a half but just threw up again Sad
She’s happy enough, and drinking loads as normal. I think I might ignore any further requests tonight and give her a smaller breakfast in the morning and see how she goes.
Are there any red flags to watch for?

I'm a first time dog owner so if mine was sick again I think I'd be phoning the vets in the morning to get a check over.

Or at least they could reassure and give you signs to look for.

I guess the main red flag would be lethargic or not 'usual' behaviour.

But then my dog is 2 and has already had two emergency vet trips that ended up costing me a fortune for them to tell me he's fine Hmm

I hope you have an uneventful night and less puppy sick tomorrow.

Thing is, I’m not a first time owner! He’s my 6th as an adult (1 of the others is still with us). But we had a pup who died at 6months a couple of years ago so now I’m second guessing everything!
Current ddog was sick a lot as a pup (turns out he couldn’t stomach apples and was scavenging under trees). Last pup was sick once, got aspirational pneumonia and died.

How awful for you.
