My vet has recommended a renal diet for our dog, but the dog isn't impressed.
We have bought (a lot) of Royal Canin wet and dry renal food but have to mix meat in to tempt her which defeats the object somewhat.
From what I have read, her diet should be low in phosphorus, but it's not as though it's listed as an ingredient on the usual brands to compare levels.
How do other people manage this?
