Puppy diarrhea

We brought our new pup home on 5th March, she was 11 weeks 2 days. Very confident pup, pretty much toilet trained when she arrived and she’s such a joy to have. Since she came (with food from breeder) she’s had loose stools, formed but very mushy. I did some research and starved her for half a day which did help. Since her injections the following Thursday she’s been having worse diarrhea, which is now pretty much just mucus and sometimes blood stained. She’s seen the vet twice and I’ve also spoken to them over the phone and they’ve given her some panicur (worming medicine) for 3 days and she’s been on a boiled chicken diet for the last 4 days, in her self she is playful, happy, eating and drinking well, just can’t seem to firm up her poop 💩 today I added some boiled rice in with the chicken, and also giving her some pumpkin in with her lunch as I’ve heard this can help. Latest advice was to continue to monitor and if no better tomorrow back to the vets. She was a long awaited puppy, my kids love her and she’s such a beautiful girl. I’m just anxious something is wrong, just wondered if anyone else has had similar and it’s been okay?
FYI - she is a 3/4 French 1/4 English bulldog, weight is okay at 3kg
Thanks in advance

Dpup is 16 weeks and exactly the same. We are doing our second round of poo samples and vet has advised us to keep her on Royal Canin gastro food for the next three months. It’s a pain but she’s otherwise fit and well and the vet isn’t worried - just says some pups have sensitive tummies!

Sounds like she's got giardia. It can be a beggar to shift, but with vet medication, and really, really good hygiene it will get better. Sometimes it needs several courses of treatment

Our dog was just like this when she came to us. She had a trip to the vets and he wormed and gave her antibiotics I think. He did mention the possibility of giardia but in the and it cleared up after about 3 weeks? She is a strapping, healthy, 1.5yr old terror now. She is a really nervous dog and we think she was just really really rattled at being taken from her mum and moving into a new home.

I had similar issues and turns out dog allergic to cooked chicken. Maybe try some white fish and rice?

Our vet recommends turkey and brown rice rather than chicken. Hope you get sorted, OP.
