Hello all,

So we have an almost 6 year old wonder dog who is very well behaved most of the time. He is very much my dog.

We also puppy walked a miniature poodle for a charity as a family and now my eldest daughter had her own puppy who is living here as she attends the uni of her bedroom!

Pippa is a terrier cross Lakeland/Schnauzer. Obviously doing all the usual but I can't remember how quick the others were house trained. We are still having 2 or 3 accidents in the house, almost always in the evening when she has the mad zoomies. That's pretty normal isn't it?

How often are you taking puppy out to wee?

Mydogsnotfat · 04/03/2021 13:57

Regularly, every 30 mins or so and after sleeps and meals. She just occasionally seems to be running about madly then will dash towards the door but wee on the way or sometimes just wee suddenly. She's 14 weeks old but we have only had her a short while and is off to vets on Sat for a check up. Never had a bitch before so not sure if it would be any different.

Ours was 13 weeks old before she was reliable for poos outside and 16 weeks old for pees. We had one or two (pee) accidents after that but not many. Sounds normal!

Sounds pretty normal to me!
