It is very likely related to her food. Did you swap foods when she came to you from the breeder?

Dizzy1234 · 25/02/2021 12:42

Ooh, our has half of an antihistamine tablet every day as she was itchy near her tail, recommended by the vet, ask yours if it's safe / worth a try.
We buy antihistamines for humans

But what did you use? OTC stuff is ineffective. As is frontline.

If the vet gave you the flea treatment it should be proper stuff. Any you can buy in shops is usually more of a flea repellent than flea killer.

Bless her. Too sweet for words!
One of mine gets VERY itchy if she has chicken or beef. Apparently chicken is a very very common dietary allergy.
No hair loss at all? Itchy generally or feet or ears etc??

TheVolturi · 25/02/2021 13:29

I'm coming to steal her! ❤️

Anubis1968 · 25/02/2021 17:55

She has used stronghold but we can use Simparica Trio for her as well. That's whsts vets told me.
