Puppy cam

Due to collect our puppy in a couple of weeks and was thinking of getting a puppy cam to keep a check on her whilst she's separated from us.
We don't plan on leaving her alone for any great length of time but will work on trying to ensure she doesn't suffer with separation anxiety so a bit of time here and there even if we're just in another room.

So, what puppy cams do you use? Any features that are especially handy to look out for?

I bought a hubble cam it was from currys. You can watch and record on your phone. Its got a good clear picture and sound day or night. It was around £50 when I bought it.

We use a Yale one and I really love the intercom feature. Our pup is 4 months old now and on the rare occasion she fusses during the night we can say ‘go to bed, good girl’ without getting out of bed, which usually does the trick.

We use a Ring camera which is part of our security system and it's great.

We can see when she needs to go out to the toilet (sits by back doors) or if she's calling to us (woofs by stair gate). She had a spate of getting agitated by foxes in the garden at night and, like Jaymar said above, we used the speaker function to settle her down without getting out of bed Grin Brilliant!

I like to see she's snuggled up and comfortable at night time.

We have a ring one, its great, it also means if one if us is out and one of us is home we can irritate the person at home via the ring.
