Dog throwing up regularly

Our 9yr old Yorkie has started throwing up 2/3 times a week plus she often has a very noisy stomach. Over the last few weeks we have cut out all human food/treats and now the only thing she eats is her kibbles and a winalot shape biscuit at bedtime. Over the years when she’s been ill we could always put it down to her eating something she shouldn’t have done off the floor (popcorn, a sausage or chunk of chicken) but now it is still happening with no reason. Her poos are completely normal though! Her sick is nearly always yellow and bubbly.

I wanted to give it a few weeks on the kibbles diet but I’m now going to book her an appointment at the vets. Anyone got any suggestions as to what it might be? I’m dreading the vets bill and I was hoping it would resolve itself. She hasn’t lost weight, still has an appetite and is as playful as ever.

I don’t know if it’s relevant but she has developed over the last few months a boil/cyst on her left side, it’s not connected to anything inside, you can get your fingers all round it and manipulate it. It’s less than a cm. Could be from me using the clippers on her, maybe caught her skin??

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks everyone. We still can’t believe it. She’s only 9. We thought we had many more years with her.Sad
