Rescue pup

We will be training a 7 month old pup who hasn't been house trained due to crapoy previous owners.

Any specific tips?

She also has seperation anxiety after being left alone 12 hours at a time. Poor pup

We got our pup at about 5 months ( Battersea) and he had obviously never lived indoors ( not in a house anyway ) we just treated him like you would an 8week old with the advantage that once he got it he could hang on for longer .

Go back to basics as like the previous poster said. I got a rescue at almost 7 month he wasn't toilet trained. I got him toilet trained in two weeks but that was in the summer now its worse weather depending on your breed. Stick with it. A lot of people think rescues are problem dogs. My latest recue is better behaved than my other dogs.

Yes that's what I was thinking, basic puppy training.

I have a previous rescue as well but she was 3 when I got her. Seems so long ago now!
