Why are dogs obsessed with getting knickers from the washing basket? 👙👙👚

Knickers are good but tights are beyond fun.

When my dog was a puppy unbeknown to us he swallowed a whole pair of knickers - we didnt know what was wrong with him but on the way to the emergency vet (he was very poorly) he threw up in the car and luckily the offending articles reappeared - the vet was very amused.

No knicker lovers here (thank goodness).

Socks are an entirely different matter. Everyone here believes stolen dirty socks to be the very best treasure one can find...

We had a spaniel that used to actually eat my knickers, I was about 10 at the time. I remember my dad following the dog round the garden to make sure they came out the other end

Socks here. Mind you, she also likes leads. She's destroyed two of her own, and if we meet a playful dog on a long lead she ends up more interested in getting the lead than playing with the dog...

Socks in our house too. He'll walk past most of the washing on the airer but if he finds a rogue sock that's it! Fortunately he is always so proud of himself for finding one that the turbo wag gives him away and then he has to come and show us his treasure

One of my Skyes did that with a floor cloth, after a few hours she spent the next day walking round mopping the floor for me as it gradually emerged behind her.
