Phantom Pregnancy - What do I feed my poor dog?

My five year old Shih Tzu is having a phantom pregnancy. She is barely eating. I’ve managed to get some sausage down her, but she is turning her nose up at everything else. I know that sausage isn’t the best food for her, but she won’t eat anything! I’ve tried chicken, beef, sardines, eggs, all her favourite veg, peanut butter, yogurt ....
She is being treated so hopefully this will be over in a few days, but she needs to eat now. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's a phantom pregnancy and not pyometra? That's a life great ending infection if the womb common in unspayed females. Has she been examined by the vet?

She has been examined at the vet and it is definitely a phantom pregnancy, thankfully. She is producing milk, and is lethargic,
Clingy and nesting.
