Dog won't go for a walk

Aghhh this is so frustrating, this morning got my day planned, got up tidied around, needed to visit my mum 20 mins walk away. Get coat on, boats hat, will dog come - no she's hiding and no way can I get her.
She is 9 year old llasa Cross. She does this occasionally, usually when I need to go to work so she ends up not getting walked. She's fine if I do get her out, but no cajoling will work I now have to decide do I go in car and she gets walked later.

bless her, it’s cold! Cut her some slack!

Mine sometimes takes a look outside and then changes his mind and thinks nope not feeling it today. I just see it as a doggy slob day

In the cold or wet weather mine won't go out until she's desperate for a pee.

Her fleece coat has helped a little, but only a little.

Meh, let her have a day off. She's nine years old and it's bloody freezing out there. It's not something I'd get worked up about :)
