Thanks, signed ✅ it should definitely be reclassified as a specific offence to reflect the harms it causes - not sure how the petition writer came up with those sentencing guidelines though?

There’s a video on the bbc website which explores the links between organised crime and dog thefts but I don’t feel up to watching it, it’s such a distressing subject
