Washing dog beds?

DD and i have both bought these danish design dog beds which stated they are fully washable - but how? Label on cushion insert says do not tumble dry and although we thought the main part of the bed would come off for washing there is no opening to be found!

Anyone got any ideas please?

Obviously cant dry outside at this time if year!

I’ve got 2 loads out on the line at the moment. They will still be a bit damp when I bring them in but will be dry by morning after spending the night on the airier. Could you not get it dry that way?

Have another closer look at the outer cover for a zip. They're often really well hidden on dog beds I've found, I guess to stop them getting chewed.

I just Chuck it in whole, dry outside and finish off draped over the radiator

I would wash it and dry it over the bath with a dehumidifier in the same room. Works great in this house for things that can't be tumble dried :)

Wash the whole dog bed... either tumble dry with drying balls on cold cycle or put in the airing cupboard.

Dry out dog bed on the heated airer. It’s Aldi but very similar

Yes, I do the same. Pick a day when it’s not actually chucking it down, rare up here! Wash it in the machine, put it outside as long as possible during daylight then finish off in the house draped over something.

Our dog bed says it can't be tumble dried but we do with no problem.
