Diarrhoea then constipation..?

Dog had mild diarrhoea for about a week, it was caused by a few nights of sneaky midnight bin raiding.
Yesterday and this morning her poos were fine again thank goodness.

But later in the day and now tonight after her dinner she has produced barely anything and I’m wondering if she’s now constipated?

I have fed her twice today (usually I feed once) as DH thought she’d lost a bit of weight and thought maybe she’d been raiding from hunger.

Should I be worried?

Could she have eaten something indigestible with the bin raiding. Maybe an obstruction???

I think I would be getting some advice from my vet knowing that this was caused by raiding the bin.

I think it’s very unlikely.
She isn’t that kind of dog, she never been a chewer or the sort to eat the wrapper along with the item.

I don’t know it was the bin for sure but I can’t think of any other cause
