Does anyone have experience of giving their dog cytapoint?
How long until you saw a positive effect?

We use cytopoint a lot in my clinic, but like all treatments for atopy a third of dogs have an excellent response often lasting more than 4 weeks, a third have some response and a third get no benefit. If we see a response it us within 24 hours.

Thanks for the post. Ddog has had two shots, 4 weeks apart with zero positive reaction. It’s so expensive (I’m paying £114 a time) so I think I’m not going to give him the third shot.

It maybe worth chatting with your vet as there are other options again that are the one third principal, but worth a try.

He seems to be the best he's ever been with half a steroid tablet each morning.

I'm going to bring it down to a quarter starting tomorrow.

We've tried so many things (apoquel, diet, creams etc), we've been under the Vet College, I've spent £££ on testing...Sad

I'm hoping that the quarter tablet works.
