Diahorrea in puppy

Picked up our puppy 3 days ago. 8 weeks. Been wormed 4 days ago when microchipped. First injections this coming Wednesday.

Had loose poos generally 4 times a day since we got her. Sticking to the same food she had with her breeder. We were told to mix a tiny bit of biscuit with a splash of water and then some wet /raw food. Tiny amount as she's only a shitzu.

She's dissing the biscuit and only eating the meat bit. However this is resulting in very loose poos and she's not house-trained (although i can deal with that). I'm more worried for her. She is still playing although sleeping a lot but then puppies do?

She's drinking a bit when cajoled although could probably drink more. Should I feed her some boiled rice tomorrow? I guess I'm worried she's not getting enough food/dehydration.

Seeing vet on Wednesday evening.

What food are u feeding it

Definitely mention it to the vet but in the meantime feed her some tinned Chappie. I know it’s basic but it’s what a lot of vets recommend & it’s had amazing results with one of my tiny ones who’s been plagued with IBD all her life despite me trying all sorts of “ special” foods & prescription only diets & being on meds from the vets for years.

Have the pup tested for guardia. Apparently 50% of pups can have it. Other than that like previous poster I recommend chappie.
