Pet courier

Has anyone used a pet courier to transport a dog from one UK home to another? Any recommendations if so? We may need to rehome a dog reasonably urgently and obviously with the covid travel bans this could be tricky. Thanks

Thanks @Catmummyof2 location is a bit outing. It’s basically from one end of the UK to the other with various borders and tiers to cross so am thinking a national or international one. Have found a couple but just thought I’d see in case anyone has direct experience.

Make sure they have the right license from DEFRA - if you're transporting animals for money you need a license if you're doing over a certain distance Smile

I would ask on your local Facebook groups or maybe see if it's a service a local daycare or pet sitter offers. I'm a dog walker and offer pet transport over short distances but would be able to ask other walkers for advice or recommendations!
