Best dog bed for a large dog ?

My dog has a padded mat type bed which she has only recently started to use.(probably as she's just been spayed and has a naked tum!).she's always preferred the floor. I'd like to get her a decent, robust but snuggly bed.. she has a thing for snuffling her face into my daughter's fleece duvet so maybe afleecy cover or lining. She doesn't chew things. Ideally I'd like one with wall type sides as she likes to put her back against the wall, so not just squishy. She's a 23kg Eurasier.
Any suggestions?
Pic for sympathy... she was spayed laporoscopically and after a bad first night.. 5 days later she is back to normal, running round like a loon.. but she is missing her fuzzies!

My loves her coolaroo bed which is fabric slung across a frame. I then put a memory foam crate mattress on top in winter. She has a thick traditional foam pad bed as well, but chooses the coolaroo every time. She has fluffy fleece blankets too.

I am jealous. Our dog eats his beds so now he has a plastic one with an old towel in it. He isn’t a chewer at all.
