Aw hes lovely.

I doubt he's tricking you Grin pugpup was really good sleeping and was settled straight away, no crying at night at all, we were worried it was just because he was tired after travelling on the first day etc but he has been great every night and is a lovely little thing. Its not as hard in some respects as we thought (i appreciate we are lucky compared to some of the stories) but its harder in others such as the biting, I cannot remember reading anywhere when I was researching how bad that actually is. Obviously being a pug hes tiny so its not painful really, just frustrating.

He isn't clean completely yet but he is only 10 weeks today, we've had him less than 2 weeks. He does know where is is allowed to wee but does forget at times. We have never had to put him for a wee every half hour or anything like the training guides suggest. Only frustration is that the vet has advised us not to put him in the garden till his 2nd jabs due to the number of foxes we have visiting. I hope by then he wees/poos less so will mainly go on his walks and then we can just transition to putting the pee pads outside the back door.

He's a cutie

PugInTheHouse · 06/12/2020 11:21

Great first night! Pugpup has managed 11-630 or 10-530, he usually goes back for a short while after his wee though. I actually found it easier when he did 2 x 4 hr stretches though as I dont like getting up that early haha

Muffinbutton · 06/12/2020 11:32

He looks just like my pup. 18 weeks and growing fast. Enjoy all the puppy snuggles.
