Licked Sudocrem and threw up...

Do I need to panic? Zinc poisoning?

My dog hurt his back leg so he's on crate rest, so he thought it would be a good idea to lick his front paw so much it became sore, so the vet suggested Sudocrem. He's been wearing a cone, but I took it off for a loo break, when he came in i noticed he'd licked it all off.
So back on with the cone and more sudocrem.
He just came out of the crate for his dinner and has thrown up the remains of his breakfast (and i assume some sudocrem).

Do I need to panic and run him to the emergency vet? I cant take anymore worry from him!

I think I'd ring the vet and ask them.

@mrsjoyfulprizeforraffiawork thank you for replying. I did call the emergency vet and she said it was highly unlikely and just to keep an eye on him. He's been fine today - thank god!
