How have you found them for paying out?
What about premium increases?

I'm with them for my cats. They paid out quickly with no fuss when I made a claim. The renewal price was very reasonable so we stayed with them for another year

I’m mostly worried about paying then having them suddenly hike up the premiums.
I’ve heard so many stories of many insurance companies suddenly putting up the premiums by a significant amount despite no claims.

We first started with them in January 2019. Claimed in April 2019
Renewed in January 2020 as renewal price wasn't crazy
Will see how much it will be renewed for in January 2021
