Dog testing for sensitivity / allergy

Our dog seems to have a really sensitive tummy. Is there anyway (other than exclusion diet) to test for allergies / sensitivities? I can see a few tests on line but looking for a recommendations. Thanks.

There is a blood test, but it is considered unreliable for food allergies. Exclusion diet and then challenge is still the best way to go.

No different for humans or dogs, intolerances (unlike allergies) by definition can't be identified by tests. Exclusion-reintroduction is the only way to be sure, under the guidance of your vet.

My dog had a sensitive tummy I gradually change his food over to Lily's kitchen organic chicken and vegetable bake and he's been fine.
Beef, lamb, duck or venison anything like that is way too strong for him. X

When I adopted my dog, I started her (on rescue centre's vet's advice) on high content meat wet food but she still had tummy problems. My own vet pointed out she might be allergic to one or more of the meats in the food I was giving her (flavours included lamb, beef, reindeer and tripe). I then changed her to hypoallergenic grain-free wet and dry food mixed together and she has had no more trouble ever since.

If you have found a food that your dog can eat withno problems stick to it. You can slowly introduce things and you will soon find out what your dog is intolerant too. Usually its beef, pork. I have an intolerant dog. I was told to feed chappie it worked problem gone. I know chappie is fish and chicken so if I give treats its based on that.

Food intolerances: exclusion diet is the only real way

Environmental allergies: blood tests can help
