Found a lump, lipoma?

My dog has a huge (palm sized), very soft, jiggly mass on her inner leg.

It’s not visible at all, I only noticed it because I was grooming her and placed my hand on her inner leg to keep her still otherwise I would never have noticed it.

I’m trying not to panic and tell myself the fact it’s super soft and squishy means it’s almost certainly a lipoma right?

She’s around 6/7 years old.

Can any vets reassure me that it’s unlikely to be cancer?

Our dog has one he is six we had it tested all good just a fatty lump.
Just make an appointment and check it out but I think it will be fine. It has gone down a bit now he's lost a bit of weight. X

Very likely a lipoma with that jellyfish feel. Your vet can pop a needle in it and check.

Does it feel loose? If it moves freely under the skin and isn't attached to bone it's likely a lipoma and harmless. Get the vet to check it out, they might suggest removal as it's large, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
