My puppy is currently going crazy turning his bed on himself and running round like a tortoise. He plays with all sorts, like throwing his own tennis ball.

I have a different breed, just the one.
Tiny! My shadow. Comes everywhere with me...I mean everywhere, sofa, car, bed, toilet grin velcrode to my ankles.
In her head she’s a cross between my baby & a BIG dog.
I still need the brush every day though......I’m a sucker for dogs who’s hair trails the floor.....glutten for punishment me

Yep, recognise this immediately. I would add fierce catcher of small things and general lookout.

Mine is clipped though so less muddy hair trails!!

Mine are, like others have mentioned, both short and long, but also VERY SCRUFFY. And think they are massive, until faced with their ultimate nemesis - the Hoover.

Though mine doesn’t catch small things.....at least not since my tiny Call Ducks died of old age. She’s getting on in years now & is just a big( tiny) softie.
I keep her in full length coat, just a glutton for punishment, & it doesn’t seem much of a chore after the Skyes!

Well, one is a mini - the other is a chubby sofa slug, very bolster cushionesque, but theoretically still a mini.

Don't tell them though, they have delusions of grandeur and believe they are Great Dane sized 🤫
