It’s the weird combination of active, needing stuff to occupy them or they will go self employed, but also giant doofuses that makes them hard work, but also lots of fun...

Mine: her ears are the only big thing about her. Often found hunting mice (although only in nice weather and has never yet been successful). More often found asleep, or stealing chocolate wrappers out of the bin

Ah @picosandsancerre I know it now - we have a few doggy park friends of that breed - but can’t think of the name! This will drive me up the wall

tabula I know a rottie cross irl and when she was a puppy she was like an ankylosaur and would headbut as a sign of affection. She's gorgeous though.

Extremely playful. She wants to play constantly. She also sleeps a lot! Loves meeting other dogs and playing with them. Very cuddly. Very clever but can be aloof too if she is not in the mood.
