10 year old spaniel not eating

Hasn't eaten much of his dried dog food for a few months. Changed the brand - was better for a bit but now doesn't seem hungry. Seems more needy than normal but doesn't seem to be losing weight.

Not sure if I should take him to the vet or not? Thx

If it has gone on for months I would. It could be anything from a sore tooth to something more serious or just needing less food as they got older.

However the only way to find out is for a vet check
