Puppy with heart murmur

I have seen a puppy advertised but has a heart murmur - the woman is insistent it will go by the time the dog is 5 months anyone know much about it ?
Also can’t decide what to do for the best , keep heading stories about what hard work small puppies are so was considering maybe slightly older pup ?

Some puppy heart murmurs can disappear but not all and quite frankly I wouldn't take any word as true unless it came from my vet.

I would be worried about pet insurance because this would be a pre existing condition.

Puppies are hard work but older puppies can be just as hard and then you hit the teenage phase which can last many months.

Just don’t want to take the risk health wise not worth it !!
It’s just so impossible to find a puppy at the moment that isn’t vastly overpriced.
