My old girl - what would she like

Hi all. I recently adopted a Rommie with cancer. Plans to amputate her leg have been cancelled as it's spread to her lung, plus her xrays show significant age degeneration in her spine and hind legs. The vet said none of it bodes well for her coping on 3 legs. She was estimated to be 10 but vet says she's older than that from xrays. She's a happy girl who loves her walks, gets excited and not tiring nor in discomfort from the tumour and so we don't want to take that quality away from her now.

What tips do you have to make her golden era special? We absolutely adore her.

I think you are already giving her what she’d like - lots of love, attention, cuddles and walks. Her remaining time will be the happiest she’s ever been, so sorry you are going to lose her but so glad she isn’t in discomfort so can enjoy her walks Flowers
