Horrific things done to Daisy the beautiful spaniel who was stolen along with her puppies have led to a petition being set up to change laws regarding pet theft in the UK.
Daisy was stolen in Ireland and that petition won't make any difference to the laws in Ireland regarding cruelty to animals. 
I really wish our new Irish government would introduce laws that come down really hard on evil puppy farmers and the scum that steal dogs and puppies.
The Green party are now in ( a coalition) government and I hope and expect them to do something.
