Can anyone recommend a dog toilet for outside please?
We have fake grass but don’t want poi on there as I’ve noted from friends grass there’s loads of blue bottles always flying around. It would just be for training.

I had one once, years ago. I would say don't waste your money.

They might work if you have a dog that only eats whatever you put in it's food bowl, but if you have one that likes to munch on long grass, as my old labrador did, then it just goes through them undigested and clogs up the dog loo. The dog loo just filled up with it and I had to spend so much time simply rodding undigested long grass out of it that I just gave up and returned to simply bagging and binning it.

Just to add, the only dog loos I have ever seen are buckets with slots and holes in that you bury in the garden. They have a lid and a plastic scoop. You put a certain amount of water in them and possibly some compost maker if I remember rightly.

However, it wasn't a loo that you trained the dog to use. You had to use the scoop to collect it and then dump it in the loo yourself.

Waste of money as far as I could see.

I have both fake and natural grass. The poo is always removed straight afterwards and the area watered using a watering can. No flies on either grass here.
