You put up with their bad breath as they pant all over you in this heat [boak]

God he stinks. At some point he is going to need his teeth cleaned by the vet (we do brush them every night with toothpaste).

I certainly wouldn't tolerate it in a human

my one rescue Patch gets really funny over food unfortunately once i got caught in the cross fire and ended up with two severe bites which needed hospital treatment but i still love him as i know it is because of the appalling life he had before. some might say oh that would be it for me but we have loads of rescue animals so its something we just deal with by acceptance.
everyday though i accept Patch sat on me even though he is a big lump and its so hot! actually think he was trying to get my ice cream but he did have a tiny bit!

Oh yes pre dog I was so house proud and dogs not on beds. Ha, that didn't last long.

I bet Patch loved that tiny bit of ice cream

My dog is not allowed ice cream as it results in more or less instantaneous projectile vomiting but he doesn’t have bad breath .
