Barking Dog

Has anyone else's quiet, adorable pooch, become hyper sensitive and barking at the slightest sound since lockdown? I'm assuming he's become over protective of us now we are all home so much - though he was rarely on his own for long anyway? I'm using a dog calming plug in but would appreciate any other tips on how to reassure him and get him to chill out!

Yes! My male lab has developed a voice I didn’t know he had. Our street is on a popular local walk, and between extra walkers, runners, dogs etc and all the delivery drivers , he was going nuts.
That and the neighbours got a cat 😂.

He is gradually relaxing about it though, and the less attention I pay to him the calmer he stays.

Yes both dogs are barking more, birds, people walking past the wall, next doors dog. When the clapping was going on a Thursday they would both go nuts, especially the banging of pans.

I have labs.
