Neutralise dog wee smell outside

What can I use to neutralise the smell of dog pee in my garden without killing my lawn. I hose down a couple of times a day but it's. It enough in this heat and it's getting whiffy. I just keep the back doors open when it's nice so don't catch him every time
To hose as I go. If I didn't want to protect the plants I'd zoflora/bleach and dilute in a watering can. What do you think? Tips welcome.

Usually water is enough on grass areas,maybe give the grass more water in the hot weather.

On concrete you can use the enzyme cleaners like simple

I use Virkon agricultural disinfectant on our concrete. It doesn't kill the grass that grows in the cracks. It's brilliant - very effective and easy to use.
