My chihuahua has a growth in her top gum which the vet saw today - he said nothing needs done as it’s benign, unless it gets really big. I am wondering if diet plays a part - she has had a raw diet in the past at times but mostly Lily’s kitchen or other good quality dried food. Any advice gratefully received
