We are rehoming a Collie X this Saturday and while she’s young we’d like to rename her. The name she was given in kennels is not something I can call out across the park Blush

She’s a lovely slim girl, black shiny fur and big sad eyes (hopefully not for long). We like silly names (like salami for a sausage dog Grin) and old lady names. Family dog names are Bella and Olive. Any ideas??

Don't forget the "shout it" test Grin

Names with hard consonants are clearer than those with vowels. So Tess carries better than Anna - my families sheep dogs were always called something like Toss, Tess, Kit etc
