Help I think my dog has swallowed a wasp

It happened so quick I couldn’t stop him!

He went and had a drink of water.

I have also put some biscuits in his water to make him drink some more.

What should I do. I’m panicking.

Wouldn’t the stomach acid kill the wasp? Does he seem in distress?

Keep an eye on him and he should be ok

What kind of dog is it? When my springer had a stinging reaction the vet said to pop two piriton down her then wait a few hours and if she was still swollen to give her one more.

Obviously phone your OOH vets like for proper advice

I was on the phone to my mum yesterday, and I kept hearing 'stop chasing wasps...stop...stop...if it stings your mouth it serves you right' he ate about 3 in the time I was on the phone. He is very stupid though. They don't bother him at all.

He seems ok. I’ll keep a close eye on him. I’ve seen him try to do this before and I’ve always managed to intervene but not quick enough this time.
