Puppies and lambs tails

Puppy happily gnawed her way through a lambs tail. She’s 4 months. How many would you let her have.?

Only one at that age, and not daily.

One for now, wait a few days to make sure no toileting issues then I would give one or two a week max until she is older.
I give my dog a pigs ear/snout a day
