Hi, can anyone recommend a website to buy pet medication cheaper. Our dog has been on Vetoryl for about 6 months and its sooo expensive to buy from the vet. They are happy for me to have the prescription but can't recommend where to buy on-line, its just needs to have a VMD stamp???

I don't know about that specific medication but I use Animed Direct for my dog's diabetic supplies and I highly recommend them. I have to upload the prescription and they cross check it with the vet.

I use animeddirect for non-prescription dog medical supplies and have found them to be excellent.

Petdrugsonline is really really good. They sell prescription and non-prescription drugs and delivery is within 2-3 days.

We’ve been buying my dog’s eyewateringly expensive meds from petprescription.co.uk.

We’ve had 3 repeats off a 6 repeat prescription so far (you have to upload the prescription for them to check and it must have your vet’s stamp on it to be valid) and it’s been seamless with very fast delivery, even during lockdown. It’s also costing less than half the price it was costing to buy these meds from the vets. Still a lot of money, but far more manageable.

To be honest I went to them because out of a list of online pet med stores I’d had recommended to me by other people, they were the cheapest for my dog’s specific medication. I’m now looking into getting my other dog’s meds online, but they’re not the cheapest for that particular medication, so it may be worth shopping around among the stores people have recommended to find the cheapest price.
