Dog ate cooked oxtail

My DDog was given a cooked oxtail (not by me) which he of course ate. I’m now really worried about him having eaten a cooked bone. Should I contact the vet or just keep a v close eye on him and see how he is for the next few days?

I wouldn’t have worried too much about it. It’s not a good idea to give them cooked bones, but my dog has eaten and passed a few things that were less than ideal. 🙄 How is your dog today?

My dogs eaten much much worse
Keep an eye on him but I’m sure he’s going to be fine.

Ours eats bulls dicks ( Pizzles) she loves them its the only thing that keeps her quiet for an hour.
