I'm really sorry to hear you lost your dog if you are anywhere near Eastbourne, you could contact happy paws puppy rescue (contact details attached) and put your name down for any puppies of the particular breed that they rescue.

Contact the golden retriever club gb. Don’t go via anything other than the breed club who check for health screening results etc. They hold a puppy list.
Do not buy from the paper or other websites.
