I can't find a chart to say what she should weigh at this age.

I'll admit she does have SLIGHTLY more than the recommended daily as I split the blocks the raw food come into 4 for the day rather than cutting the 15% off

Definitely stop doing that. 15% is a lot. Over a week, that's 105% more than what she should have. I've always been really strict with my beagles' meals as they're notoriously greedy and have no off-switch! His food is measured out daily, and reduced if he's had treats.

I have a small dog too (dachshund) and it really doesn’t take much extra food to tip them over into putting on weight. Definitely cut out the extra 15%

Also, remember that you’re supposed to reduce their meal allowance to incorporate treats - not do treats as an extra.

Yep, too fat in my opinion.
Best not to let you dog get fat in the first place, as it's so miserable for them to be put in a diet.
I would just measure food more carefully, I wouldn't put a dog this young on a diet just yet.
