Me and my partner have just recently split after 10 years, its been very heartbreaking.
We only recently moved in together about 10 months ago but we bought our little doggie nearly 5 years ago. He has been living with my partner at his moms house, but legally we are both registered owners at the Kennel Club. The insurance is registered to my partners name but I pay from my account.
Now because its been a pretty nasty split from his end, I wonder if I have any legal right to see the dog since I am his legal owner too?
Also, can my partner remove my name without my permission as his legal owner?
I miss so much and would like to see him every now and again at least.
