Can anyone tell me what this could be on dogs skin?

Taken our Yorkie to the groomers as her fur was very long and the groomer said she had noticed a skin irritation.
We're not sure what it is and doesn't seem to bother her does anyone have any idea I'll attach some pics.

It's like a brown colour little dots there's quite a bit of it.

Atopic dermatitis otherwise known as Westie skin disease. You can get a special shampoo from the vets to deal with it.
