Looking for a new decent quality collar for my dog. His neck is roughly 14 inches. I'd prefer leather or high quality webbing with a proper buckle (not a clip and slide buckle, he has a knack of getting out of them).
Not bothered about colour but I don't want to spend a fortune. (budget is ~£20)
