Name my puppy

He's an English Springer spaniel cross, he's 10 weeks old, he comes home on Saturday, and we can't agree on a name. I quite like human names for dogs (and I did have a Mollie the collie, I want him to be a Daniel the spaniel)

DP wants to call him Fred and our foster child wants to call him her brother's name Grin.

So, help us find a name please?

He looks like a Ted or Teddy to me. He is very cute. I also like Daniel the Spaniel but growing up I had Samster the Hamster and Gerry the Gerbil so maybe I’m not best placed to give advice!

Awww he is gorgeous!

My first choice for our puppy to be (in 2021 😩) is Henry. Which DP doesn't like 😡 I will keep working on him though.

I wanted to call our ds or ddog (anything male at alllll) Ambrose which I think is a gorgeous name for a spaniel
And my next choice was Silas

Just call him "you little shit" or "you bad dog" from the beginning.

For reference, I have two spaniels who are very rarely called by their actual names.......... Grin

Good luck OP. Hide all shoes, and remove everything out of the kitchen apart from the sink at night. You'll be fine........
