Whining dog

Does anyone have an ideas to deal with a 17 month old dog that has started to whine whenever she wants something. She whines in the morning until I take her out, whines when I stop to pick up her poo, whines when we get home because she's hungry, settles for a couple of hours then whines because she wants to go for another walk. I've tried changing the time we do things but that has no effect and it is really beginning to get me down. This only started a couple of months ago and she is physically fine.

Mine can be a bit whiny at times.

If she's not too amped up I just tell her to be quiet and she stops.

If she is too agitated, for example if I have guests she desperately wants to interact with but she's been asked to stay on her bed because the guests don't want to interact with her I have to ignore then calmly praise her when she stops as she won't be able to stop if I just ask for quiet.

Ignore and never give her what she wants when she whines only when she is quiet (even if for a mili second to start with). Walk away if whining is constant only return when quiet.
