Dog fell down a few stairs

Hi, I need some advice as I’m a worrier especially when it comes to my dog and may be overreacting. I have a 13 year old Yorkie who is blind due to diabetes (Cataracts). She wanted to go out for a wee in the early hours of the morning. I opened the bedroom door as I was putting my dressing gown on and she made a dash for it and fell down the first three stairs. Today she seems quiet, isn’t limping but doesn’t seem to want to walk or move much. She’s eating and drinking as normal and is alert. I’m just paranoid that she’s injured as she’s quiet and it’s all my fault. Husband thinks we should just let her rest and see how she goes...I’m panicking and want to take her the vets. Wwyd? Thank you in advance

If she were my dog and her behaviour had changed like that I'd be taking her to the vet just to make sure she isn't in pain.

Just because she isn't limping doesn't mean she doesn't hurt somewhere other than legs or paws.

Like you though, I'm not the sort to wait and see.

There's a reason she quiet and doesn't want to move. Unless you think she might just be a bit worried about falling again, I'd get her checked out.
