Should I pick up other dogs poo? When out walking I far too often see other people's dogs poo left on path . Sometimes I pick it sometimes I don't as it's not mine why Should I, but then pick it up because I feel guilty that someone will think it was my dog . Interested to know your views

I think much like any litter its not your problem if you didn't create the mess, but if can clear up it helps overall. I do pick up other dogs poo if on path or where someone may tread in it if I can, something bit grim when not your dogs though.

I make the effort as often the issues people have with dogs comes down to poo which can lead to negativity or even restrictions on using areas for all dog owners.

Of course I don't want to tread in poo or have to clean it from between the dogs paws either.

Generally I don't pick it up, because I don't carry enough poo bags to do so, but I will flick it off the path if possible.
