We will be collecting our two year old rescue dog home next weekend. Are there any purchases you made which are awesome? Especially toys/ enrichment, but also any other things too! Thank you 👍

A lickimat and Kong are good choices. And some Nina ottosson puzzle toys. Smile

A good harness - ours have Ruffwear. Eldest one has had his for nearly 4 years and it's still going strong.

We use it for walking and for clipping them into the car seatbelts.

A tag with your contact details. The brass slide-on ones are best if you have a normal buckle collar (rather than one that clips).

An illuminated collar for dark winter walks.

As for enrichment, a whistle, a clicker and treats, and any number of YouTube videos for training ideas - heel walking, sit/stay, stop. Mine is not a fan of practicing heel, either on or off lead, but it certainly turns her brain on and gets her into the zone for whatever else I have planned.
